Birth Doula Services

My role as a birth doula is to support you in your vision of birth and to empower you through information and emotional support. We work together to achieve the birth of your dreams! It's a privilege to support mothers, and a honor that I take seriously and accept humbly. I have no agenda other than to support your wishes. I believe that as the pregnant mother, you are the expert of your body and your birth experience should be as unique as you are. Allow me to support you, not because you need it... but because you deserve it.

Postpartum Doula Services

My role as a postpartum doula is to support you and your family during the delicate and delicious transition from pregnancy to postpartum. Bringing a baby home is so joyous... but taking care of a newborn comes with many trials, and its so important to receive support. Whether you have questions about breastfeeding, bottle feeding, swaddling, bathing, sleep schedules, balancing a baby with older siblings, or you just need a damn nap... Im here for you! I also assist with moderate household chores to help lighten your load and brighten your space, as well as meal preparation. Allow me to be your village.

  • Doula assisted births are 2x less likely to experience birth complications for mother or baby.

  • Studies have shown that doula-present births decrease the rate of cesarean sections by 50%, shorten labor by 25%.

  • Mothers with doula-attended births report significantly better overall birth experiences.

  • Mothers with postpartum doulas have tremendous success breastfeeding, and much lower rates of postpartum depression.
